- AppSoft offers a full suite of IT services that include mobile app development, custom software development, and web app development for startups, SMEs, and enterprises. We hold the right to arbitrarily modify or discontinue our services without prior notice.
- Being our client, you agree to provide precise information, and you cooperate with us in due course throughout the project.
- You are solely responsible for eliciting any required permission or license for materials facilitated to us. Not meeting these responsibilities may result in delays for project developers, or it may cost more.
- All payments are due in accordance with the scheduled outline for project management. Late payment may incur subsequent charges. If payments are not received in due time, we retain the right to suspend services.
- Both parties agree to keep one’s counsel regarding any project proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project. This obligation will survive the termination of our services.
- Appsoft will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
- We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the revised terms on our website. Continuing to use our services after these updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
